Safety Standard Policy and Recommendations for Using Fles Smart Water Bottle

Recommendation and policy are only applicable when you purchase the official company product.

At Ecoop, we prioritize your health and safety. To ensure the optimal performance and longevity of your Fles Smart Water Filtering Bottle, please adhere to the following safety standards and recommendations:

1. Water Source Caution:

   - Avoid Highly Contaminated Water: Refrain from using the Fles Smart Bottle with water sources located near industrial areas or nuclear stations, as these may contain contaminants that could compromise the effectiveness of the filtration system.

   - Tannin-Infused or Brownish Water: Steer clear of water with a brownish tint, often found in sedentary sources. Tannins in such water may impact the filtration process and compromise the bottle's performance.

2. Recognition of Contaminated Water:

   - Highly Contagious Water: If the water has a noticeable odor or appears green in color, it is likely highly contaminated. Using the Fles bottle with such water is not recommended. Using Fles for filtration of sea water is also not recommended.

   - Smelly or Discolored Water: Water with a foul smell or an unnatural coloration indicates potential contamination. In such cases, refrain from using the bottle to prevent damage.

3. Bottle Performance and Maintenance:

   - Performance in Unfavorable Conditions: The Fles Smart Bottle is designed for use in clear, running water sources with a slight greenish hue, typically found in surface lakes, rivers, or streams. Using the bottle in other conditions may impact its performance.

   - Potential Damage Due to Salts & Dirt: The filtration system may be compromised if used in extremely dirty and salty water. To prevent damage, ensure the water source is relatively clean before use.

4. Water Quality Threshold:

   - Beyond 800 TDS (Total Dissolved Solids): Water with a Total Dissolved Solids measurement exceeding 800 may have adverse effects on the product and its performance. It is recommended to use the Fles Smart Bottle with water within acceptable TDS limits.

5. Consumer Responsibility:

   - Ensuring Safe Usage: While we take every measure to ensure the safety of our products, the consumer plays a crucial role in adhering to usage guidelines. Ecoop does not hold responsibility for any ill effects resulting from the consumer's non-compliance with safety standards.

Note: Regular maintenance and timely replacement of the filter components are essential for ensuring the continued efficacy of the Fles Smart Water Filtering Bottle.

By following these guidelines, you contribute to the longevity of your Fles Smart Bottle and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
